Once again my wife and sister in law thoroughly enjoyed there stay at "The Son Matias Beach Hotel, Well catered for and looked after to such a high standard. The staff are extremely helpfull, wether it`s catering staff or bar staff even down to the maids, they all add to the experience.

Room Tip: "Rooms on the south side are quieter" "Corner suites are large and sunny" &quo...

We have just returned from another visit to this hotel, again we had a very good stay, only one thing I noticed was that the greeting on arrival was not as welcoming as previous visits, but the standards throughout the hotel met our expectations. The hotel is ideally situated right on the sea front with all rooms having a sea view.

we have been to this hotel many times as it has everything you could want, every room has a balcony, tea, coffee and facing a lovely bay, gate onto promenade, very friendly staff and excellent food. The entertainment is very good much better than most hotels. They have many regulars ,some going to over 20 time so it must be good. The staff remember you every year. Most visitors are over 50 but no children so quite peaceful. Being a small hotel everyone gets to know each other which is nice.It is modern and clean and bus service outside to go to Palma or Santa Ponsa.

Room Tip: all rooms have excellent sea view

Stayed for a last minute break at this hotel at the end of October. Luckily the weather was wonderful for nearly the full week - one massive rainstorm on the second last day was the only bad spell. Food in the hotel was lovely, entertainment was pretty good and geared to British guests, staff all helpful and Ivan the sole animacion staff was hardworking and entertaining.
Location near beach and bus stops was great.
I would enjoy returning to this hotel.

This was our first visit to the Son Matias Beach, in fact the first visit to Majorca and we were very pleasantly surprised. The location, right on the beach offers great panorama's across the bay. The rooms are modern, well equipped and although not over- large are pleasantly decorated and very clean. The restaurant deserves a special mention as both the quality and variety of food available is exceptional. Staff throughout the hotel are to be commended; from reception through the housekeeping , restaurant and bar all were friendly, helpful and motivated to ensure their guests were happy. Even though the resort was closing down for the winter we enjoyed a full programme of entertainment, some acts better than others but overall, pretty good. If there was anything of concern it would be the size of the pool, as it quite small and would be very crowded during the mid & high seasons. Bar prices compare quite well with the local pubs & cafe's and there is really no need to consider eating out if you stay on half board.
We would not hesitate to go back and would certainly recommend it to friends and family.

Just returned from our late holiday in Palm Nova. This is by far the best hotel we have been to and I could find little to complain about. The food and variety was amazing but would like to see a few more exotic items in the menu but good honest food served all week. Rooms, grounds and surroundings are spotless, every room has a sea view and balcony. Evening entertainment was hit and miss but you cant win them all. Staff were all fab and helpful. The weather was very good for this time of year and we only had the one days trashy weather. It is an adults only hotel so expect to see more of the older generation who were all well behaved, just kidding. I would visit this hotel again without question.

Room Tip: All rooms have a balcony and sea view but the higher the better especially when the youths are out a...
