I am currently studding hospitality and tourism in university and completed my work placement in this hotel in 2012 from 1 June until the 10th of October,Never stayed in the hotel or been to Magaluf and after reading the reviews i can safely say i was afraid to go. The way the hotel is painted on her would make it seem like hell, but the hotel really is great if u read the reviews there from older people i can understand why this would be a problem, the hotel is situated beside about 50 steps when You reach the bottom of the steps go right and you in Palma nova but go left and u r 3min walk from the strip of magaluf, the hotel is in a great location about 5 min away from each beach.The staff in the hotel are great to, very helpful and they is always someone there,in fairness the hotel is an escapades hotel so in june and july there are many british teenagers doing what magaluf is best knowing for...being drunk but staff deal with this as best they can,but in other months the guests are mixed in age race and nationality b .The food is not great but it can be eating and i can guarantee thats its made fresh every day, there is a wide range to choose from if ur a picky eater ther is a salad bar, chips, pizza and chicken, the kitchen staff is great the chefs are so friendly and will happily answer any questions, the waiting staff are lovely to christian, paola and sandra You are not allowed to take food out of the restaurant which is exceptable as you are only paying for half board. All reception,bar staff and cleaners are great 2, very trustworthy, the rooms are basic and some are small but what do u expect its only a 3 star hotel. what you pay for is what you get. neway have a great holiday if u have any questions ask away im so jelll :D

i would deeply advise you not to stay here! On the internet they say there is entertainment;free wifi and fun and games in the pool for children-there wasn't any at all. the rooms were tiny and crampt and the staff were no help at all. one night when i was there there was a fight in the corridor and blood everywhere in the reception and the lifts. as it is in magaluff there are quite a few accidents and partys in the corridors. if you need sleep i would advise you not to stay here as there is music playing all night. they also say it is a family hotel-it is anything but this...

hotel has no entertainment because it takes 1 min to reach magaluf strip, rooms plain but clean & tidy . food excellent with full choice so danger of getting fat and staff are very helpful. not for families really, as bars open til 6am and if you face strip it can be noisy all night... pool great. overall it is a good hotel

if you suffer with walking like i do dont even contemplate this hotel its like climbing everest the rooms were cleaned everyday clean towels bed made but bedding only changed once in 10 days theres no entertainment in the hotel the breakfast was ok full english toast cerial fruit pastrys etc the evening meals were a bit of a let down though everything swimming in oil and i mean everything very poor but it was cheep and cheerfull magalluf its self is very hilly but palma nova is pretty flat so would consider going 2 palam next time but all in all a good break
