“Amazing Holiday! :)”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 1, 2012

Me and my boyfriend spent a week here from 19th May. And we loved it! Good clean hotel close to shop restaurants and a beautiful beach! I thought the inclusive was great. There was a good selection of food. For fussy eaters they had chips and potatoes and for the more adventurous there was a good selection of sea food. The drinks we great! They put loads of vodka in the vodka’s and cokes! Not like English portions! The surroundings were ideal for me and my boyfriend, walking distance to night life, beaches and restaurants, But away from all the noise. The hotel its self is very pleasant all the staff were very helpful and was modern and clean. Cleaners did our room every day and got clean bed sheets and towels. I have seen a few bad reviews regarding the hill down from the hotel. I really don’t think it was a big deal! It was a couple of minute walk to the beach down a little hill. But can understand why this may cause a problem for slightly older guests. All in all great hotel and really enjoyed my time here! 

Had a 3 night stay with friends, first impressions were very good. We arrived well before check-in, but they sorted our wristbands out and after a quick drink, the rooms were made ready. Food was superb, a great spread. The rooms were clean and the aircon worked well. Poolside, was lovely, my little one would have loved the kids pool. The only thing that spoilt it was the idiots who reserved a sun lounger early and to make it worse, some people never used them the entire day. The location on a hill may be difficult for some but we found the location great for Magaluf and Palmanova beach.

A great time had by all, so much so, I've booked for the family to go back in September!

Arrived at 2.30pm and was greeted with a pleasant smile from the gentleman behind the reception desk who informed both my wife and I that we could leave check in details until after we had had lunch. Our room was on the third floor over looking the pool and was of a good size and very clean. Our next journey was to the lounge bar.Fortunately we arrived at a time when the bar was empty. As on most occasions we had to join a conga line of people awaiting service. The bar staff throughout our stay where absolutely marvelous always working hard and always with a smile. An absolute pleasure to be served by these young people. Our one disappointment was the dining area.More often than not we had to remove our own plates from the dining table or they would be unlikely to be removed any time soon. The food whilst having a reasonable selection was often quite cold.A microwave was available in order to heat up the cold food.Nor was seasoning placed on the tables I had to bring my own.Whilst these may seem to be picky little things it is not quite as bad as it seems because in my humble opinion the few dining room staff available did indeed work hard.It appeared that the Hotel was under staffed in key areas.Especially the dining room.Consequently it was too much to expect from the few members of staff on duty.I do not appreciate having to heat up my food in a microwave as I can do this at home and do not expect to have to do it when on holiday.Whilst the hotel did have lots of children running around it was no big deal. This hotel is fortunate in that it does have three swimming pools all on a different level.Plenty of sun loungers were available but you would not think so by the actions of the sun seekers who stormed out like stampeding elephants once the doors had been opened.. Plenty of seating was available for those who wished to relax around a table rather than recline on sun loungers. The only down side could be the rather steep incline that could be a bit of a struggle if you are unlucky enough to have problems walking or have a dislike of hills.I myself am sixty years old and slightly on the heavy size but at a reasonable pace did not find it to hard.My wife and I who holiday three times a year in several holiday resorts and hotels both agreed that this was one of the most relaxed holidays we have had. We have also agreed that should we return to Palma Nova this is the hotel we will return to.On the whole despite the odd grumble it is a lovely hotel with pleasant staff who are a credit to the hotel. And last but not least the simply wonderful cleaning ladies who looked after our room.Towels changed each and every day. Beds made up,bathroom cleaned, floor swept and mopped. And always a pleasant Hola''.

Room Tip: Second or third floor with pool side view. Well away from the elevators as the noise from late night...

just got back from a 10 day stay here and it is still a brilliant hotel,as always the staff are all friendly and happy.
my daughter is 13 and was catered for with the kids activities by the lovely Sally who is fantastic with the kids, Jonny and Ali are too but the mainly do the adults activities and are brilliant!.
the maids clean the rooms daily and the pools and surrounding areas are also cleaned daily.
the food is always varied and yes there may be some things you don't like but it was always hot and fresh.
I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone.

Room Tip: the second floor is directly above the bar and may be more noisy that some people like

just returned from a weeks stay at the marina torrenova and had a fantasic time.
Check in was quick and our party was given 3 rooms on the first floor right next to the lobby these rooms are ok but be warned you do get a lot of noise from the entertainment as it is so close so if your a light sleeper then these rooms are probably not for you.
Food was lovely with plenty of choice and different theme nights really loved the roast dinners and the steak was to die for.
Evening entertainment was good it started off with the kids mini disco and the adults entertainment was a game of bingo and some sort of show all quite enjoyable.
Bars you did have to queue a little in the evening but certainly wasnt a problem.
Some people have mentioned the hill to and from the beach for me it wasnt a problem at all but for some of my party they did struggle with it so another thing to consider when booking here.
All in all we had a lovely holiday and would definitely return.

We stayed for a weekend in May 2012. The hotel was very clean and pleasant. We warned though it is approached by steep hills so if you are walking beware. We arrived late on a Thursday evening to be told the hotel was overbooked, not sure if this is hotel policy. So on the 1st night instead of 5 twin rooms we ended up with 3 larger overflow rooms. The hotel staff where very apologetic and we moved to our twin rooms the next day. We stayed All inclusive which on the whole was a very acceptable experience. The food was plentiful and varied. The usual canteen style self serve set up in the restaurant which sometimes was a bit trying. The main bar area served both a large lounge and the poolside, and could become very crowded at times with long queues a peak times. The pool was pleasant and clean but could become crowded and sun loungers where limited. On the whole I would reccomend this hotel. Please beware that while Palma Nova has some nice quite bars the main strip in Magluf is not for the fainthearted and is certainly aimed at the young. It can be intimediating and some of the people you see in the resort are less than than well behaved.

just returned from a week at the Marina Torrenova and just had to let you all know what we found.
The hotel was immaculate and rooms cleaned every day with sheets and towels changed daily. The staff were very efficient and very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Tony and Ana on reception were helpful in everyway, Tony was our first point of contact and made a very good first impression,The pool area was very buzy but was kept clean and we didnt see glasses left about as the staff we clearing them all the time, Ok you had to queue on an evening for your drinks at the bar but the staff were quick and friendly. The only complaint I have is that i have come home half a stone heavier.....the food was exceptional and very varied. From sirloin steak,,,,roast chicken, roast pork - all this on the carvery with HOME MADE YORKSHIRE PUDDING - not the usual frozen rubbish - prawns and mussels...champagne (ok cava) and all the wine beer and soft drinks as you llke -the tables were always cleared very quickly and again the staff were very helpful...I was really impressed and will be returning asap..I am not a pushover and if the food was rubbish i would tell you - also if the hotel was dirty i would tell you - if this had been the case i would have moved after the first day,,,,,,,,if you have booked this hotel then let me know if you agree when you return by leaving feedback on here

Room Tip: ask for a high floor also if you want the sun ask for a pool view we had 542 and this was ok it may...
