My friend and I stayed here for 7 nights, we had the time our lives the strip is only a 7 minute walk, the hotel enabled us to enjoy the holiday to the Max. No silly rules and restrictions we met some great people and will really consider returning next year. Thanks

On arrival at 10.30 am everything was sorted but had to wait until 1pm for my arm band (not a problem) room ample shower needed a major update as very small with a curtain making it smaller again but again ample very clean (could do with a fridge in the room) international guessed older to young teens. Pool fresh water and never too cold, entertainment was a little lacking but again adequate but live entertainment wouldn't go a miss.. Counted less then 50 steps to the beach from the pool exit so if noisy kids upset you no problem. The bar could only be bettered buy having a choice of a pint. Being alone, leaving my table was a little annoying going back to find it had been taken again very minor probs. food absolutely cracking ( never there for breakfast as wondered out) staff great couldn't do enough for you even working LONG hours overhaul very happy for the price and ideally located for both Magaluf and palmanova walking distance of both no taxi needed.. One more star would be given for a shower screen replacement a fridge and air-con. Well worth it old and young group couples or single. Well done

Stayed here for 7 nights, 14th - 21st July 2014, with two friends for a girly holiday in Magaluf. Hotel is nice however our room was a tad small, our friend joined 2 days later than us and we struggled for space with just two of us, let alone the 3 once our friend joined, however we coped. Room was clean, with decent facilities - however would've been nice to have a fridge to keep bottled water cool and after sun cool, but never mind, we didn't expect one with being all inclusive. Shower was a bit temperamental. Was either cold or very hot and either a trickle or full on, but again, we coped. bed were comfy. lack of plugs in room. we had no towels on our first day, however these were provided for our other days without us having to prompt reception. the food in the hotel was quite nice. plenty of choice, and quite a lot of variation, despite various reviews. cant really rate the breakfasts though, weren't the best! however lunch and dinner were lovely. the alcohol, again wasnt the best. could hardly ever taste any alcohol in the cocktails, clearly watered down but the san miguel and sangria was fine. all staff seemed friendly, great entertainment during the day such as water polo and ping pong. kids disco on an evening was a little noisy however think thats just where our room was situated (room 328). on our last day however, i slipped in the dining room due to staff spilling water on the floor and not cleaning it up or putting a wet floor sign. i wasn't hurt just bruised but was quite annoyed. the hotel is in a nice location. a lot of young people like myself there to experience maga but also families and older couples. wasn't too noisy. plenty of shops nearby, extremely close to the beach and very short walk from the magaluf strip. i would recommend this hotel but not for all inclusive as breakfast and drinks just aren't worth it. if i were to go to magaluf again id probably stay nearer to magaluf than palmanova however, was an okay hotel. really enjoyed my holiday! oh and finally, the hotel had free wifi but only in reception, and was a little slow. not a major problem, you're on holiday shouldn't be glued to your laptop or phone or whatever but was a little annoying when trying to contact home for free. would've been nice to have access to it around the pool area.

Room Tip: Our room, 328 was great, detached from other rooms so no next door noise :)

Me and my friends have just come back and this hotel was amazing, we was impressed, the rooms were clean every morning and the cleaner would ensure everything that was on our bed before it was cleaned was in the same place. Literally a 1 minute walk from the strip and 30 second walk to the beach, (Palmanova, which is nicer than Magalluf beach). Food was great different varieties and changed everyday and a nice mix of drinks. Staff were lovely and helped us with anything we needed they was very helpful especially, Danny,Luis and Siad. We all loved our stay much that we are re-booking for next year.

From the off set it is clear that the hotel is dated and tired. The interior is a 1970's flash back. Our room was a mismatch of old furniture, some plastic chairs, some wooded, four random sized beds wedged into a room that wasn't big enough, but having said that the hotel was generally clean.

I pride myself on being able to speak a little Spanish and the staff generally appreciated this and responded well, but I did notice that they could be a little rude and ignorant to the majority of customers, not speaking, nodding their head or just saying 'yes' when they were spoken to.

I have read the reviews about the food and in my opinion there is plenty of choices in the all inclusive, but this is bland, tasteless and usually lukewarm at best. The outside snack bar is a food poisioning waiting to happen, for example a large dish of paella outside in the open for hours stood on a table next to the bin!

This hotel attracts a lot of 18-25 year old looking to get completely smashed on the all inclusive bar before walking the short distance to the Magaluf night life. The result of this is foul language throughout the night, doors slamming, shouting in the corridors, condoms thrown on the balcony and then after a sleepless night, vomit and half a kebab in the corridor the following morning.

I don't want this to come accross as all bad, as the hotel is in a lovely location, a stones throw from the beach and the maid service was fantastic.

Before booking this hotel have a long hard think of what you are looking for in a hotel. I would never return. I kicked myself that I didn't stay again at the Marina Torrenova Hotel a few minutes walk away, this is far superior.

Room Tip: High as possible away from noise.

Very nice and successful holiday at Fergus Tobago. We were pleased with the professional and very pleasant attitude and willingness hotel staff - especially with Andres, Ester, Juan and others.

The rooms were cleaned daily, clean, very tasty food, great selection. Very nice was sitting at the bar, where he was a rich selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, which you appreciate, especially in relation to the nearby beach.

We had the ninth floor of a beautiful view of the sea and surrounding countryside. Surrounding the hotel are very nice walks.

Combined with the beautiful island of Mallorca to this hotel certainly like to come back.

Room Tip: We recommend the 9-floor rooms
