Please please please find this bar it's just about perfect. Rafa keeps a great bar and his standards are high. The beer was perfect with glasses kept in the fridge. The food was not a la carte it was bar food and it was great we had dinner here everyday. The food is fresh hot tasty and a good size just what you need at dinner time. I couldn't recommend this place enough and can't thank Rafa enough for making our time there perfect. You will love him and want to take him home and show him to everyone you know.

Good to find Rafael and Maria are still hard at work. Once more I was able to spend some great evenings meeting other holiday makers while receiving quality food and drink.
The chips served here are the best I have tasted anywhere. (home made)
I would highly recommend you try this place if you are in Palma Nova, I am sure you will not be disappointed. Its location is just opposite the Don Bigote hotel, just follow the road up the slight hill, past Banana Joes.

been to palma nova for many years and love i t,weve actually walked past a bar called amigos pub facing don bigote hotel. well all i can say is it was great food and drinks .the owner and his wife maria are lovely people i had cocktails that u could only dream off proper pints of beer he keeps the tankards in freezer so refreshing rafael the owner likes a good chinwag but the hospitality made us keep going back plus the fab drinks made to ur requirements of course,if u know where don bigte is then look directly across the road to the left and call in im sure glad we did.

I could not speak highly enough of this small pub / restaurant, located just opposite the Don Bigote hotel in Palma Nova.
The food served is simple, fresh and very good. Its also very reasonably priced.
The owner, Rafael and his wife work tirelessly to keep customers fed and entertained.
The beer served is good quality, also at a reasonable price and according to Rafael "with not too much snow on the roof" Not like most of the watery all inclusive drinks served in many other places. The sangria is made the proper Spanish way and not just poured from a carton with fruit thrown in.
The customers are all ages but probably more middle aged than younger, as the music is kept to a level whereby communication is still possible. This makes it an ideal place to chat to other holidaymakers and the owner, who loves to talk to his customers.
I have been many times to Palma Nova and many times to Pub Amigos and all being well, I will be back next summer. So in the meantime Rafael and Maria, keep up the good work.
