After being ripped off by the taxi all we wanted to do was get to our room but due to a stuff up with the bookings we had been double booked. The last thing we wanted to hear was we had to change hotels!! However the taxi there and back they paid for and we were upgraded to their other hotel Santa Lucia for the night and given a free buffet dinner and breakfast each. The situation was handled well by the gentleman behind reception. The apartment itself could have done with a makeover but that is just purely a looks thing, it was comfortable and big and had everything we required. The staff were friendly and the pool and bar downstairs were great. Excellent location few minutes walk to the beach and surrounded by shops. Easy walk to Magaluff if you wanted the nightlife, and easy walk to the Pirate show and also to the Western Water Park. You are spoilt for choice for places to stay all over Majorca but for a cheap, self contained and clean accommodation this is perfect.

Stayed here again in October 2012, booked direct with the hotel as loved this so much in May 2012. Thinking of going again next year. The location is great, close to many bars, diners etc. Close to everything you would need in Majorca, you can have the quiet or the loud whatever takes your fancy. Staff are very friendly, apartments are very clean and seperate bedroom to living area. There is entertainment if you like to stay in surroundings. A trip into Palma is a must, you could also visit Santa Ponsa.

Room Tip: Definitely pay for a sea view it is worth every penny.

Straight away as soon as you enter the reception you know you have quality. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had a one bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor overlooking the main road. Spotlessly clean, well proportioned rooms - living come dinning room, a kitchen with twin electirc hobbs, microwave, toaster and kettle. Enough plates cups and saucers for 3 as well as plenty of pots and pans. There is an ironing board as well. TV only has Spanish channels!!

Bedroom was large with plenty of cupboard space and large windows - the living room went onto a large sunny balcony.

Bathroom again beautiful and clean and and well maintained - and only a few minutes walk either from the reception side or through the gardens to the beach, shops and eating establishments.

Fantastic will go back again.

Stayed for 4 nights and loved it. The hotel was in a great location and within 5 minutes walking distance to the beach. The hotel staff were always helpful and friendly. Our room was very spacious and clean. Cannot fault this hotel.

Just returned from three night break . Had visited this establishment last year and knew that it was very close to both beach , bars and restaurants.Asked for a high floor room with sea view and was allocated room 518 on top floor.Room was of good size with separate bedroom with twin beds and double pull out sofa in lounge. Basic kitchen facilities and plenty of cupboard space.Toaster and microwave provided.TV with some English channels (BBC1 & Channel 5).
Did no cooking and ate breakfast at one of the many bars on the beachfront. For evening meal would recommend El Mecca which is just over the road at rear of apartments.Good value three course meal for 10.5 euros. Pianist plays from 9.00 to midnight.
Resort was quiet as coming to end of their season but some bars were still buy, notably Monroes which is an eatery with Karaoke from around 9.30pm.Somewhat cheesy but you cannot beat an oldie on the mic and all performers were of reasonable standard.
Only slight annoyance was charge for safe in room of SEVEN EUROS per day.I informed reception that this charge was unacceptable and did not have key and did not allow cleaners in for my short stay,

Room Tip: Ask for high floor with sea view
