“Great Location, Great Vacation!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 9, 2012

Apartments are situated in a great locations near to lots of bars etc and very close to the beach. Apartments are very nice and have lots of space, had separate bedroom and paid seperately for sea view which was fantastic. Staff at reception were very helpful. At the back of the building there is steps but at the front of the building you can walk through the car park which is flat. These apartments are in a quiet location but Magulff is only about a 10 minute walk away. When we arrived our room was not ready but we were sent to a better class hotel, all inclusive for one night.

Room Tip: Pay for the sea view and ask for a higher floor.

My stay here for a week was very enjoyable. At apartamentos nova the entertainment is good, the location is nice. Hot spot for Irish English and Central Europeans.

4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 17, 2012

On arrival at the hotel it appeared out of the way from anything and i was slightly concerned but we checked into a clean friendly hotel.
We arrived in our room and it was very clean tidy and had all amenities required except washing up liquid and a cloth which we went out and bought and once we had them the cleaners put a tea towel in the room to dry the pots. The cleaners visited regularly and didn't disturb us when we had the sleeping tag on the door as we were out till late and not up early but they would come in later when we removed the sign.
We then went out of the back of the hotel to the pool area and spotted the sea this calmed me down. The pool was cold but had plenty of sunbeds for the amount of people there. We then found an exit to a rear carpark and so went out that way we found that we were nearly opposite the beach with a little walk past a restaurant. The Beach was very clean and the sea is shallow so safe for children as they won't be out of thier depth very quickly. You have to pay for the use of the sunbeds but we just ook a towel and laid on the beach.
There are plenty of bars and restaurants very close by. We had a walk around Palmanova and around some streets and then we suddnly realised we were now in magaluf the areas are closely joined but as soon as you find the magaluf strip you know your there.
Overall the trip was fantastic and i would recommend both Palmanova as a holiday destination and Nova apartments as the place to stay while your there.

just back from the nova apartments on Sunday the 13 may 2012 i was there with my wife and two kids the activities around the pool were all great fun for the kids and if adults took part and won they got a free cocktail which wasn't bad infairnes the rooms were cleaned everyday with towel changes if needed i would recommend this apartment without hesitation very reasonable price to stay down side was only the price of minerals and drink a bit on the expensive side but you could also go outside the apartment the night time entertainment was good kids enjoyed as well as the mam and dads

Booked a short break and paid extra for a sea view. Unless you can be guaranteed a high floor room its really not worth it. We had a palm tree blocking the light and view from our view. The room was clean but smelt terribly of smoke which for an asthma sufferer wasnt good. The beds were quite hard but there was plenty of room in the 1 bedroom apartment for the two of us. Good location close to restaurants. I think that the photo's and description of the location are a little misleading on the hotel website, it gives the impression that the hotel is on the beach whereas there is a road imbetween and then another hotel. No hairdryer provided which was poor and the hotel loaned me one but I had to pay for a full week hire even though I only had it for two nights.

Great apartments, very spacious and clean, helpful staff on reception, only little gripe was there wasnt enough cooking facilities if you need to cook, near to all facilities - short walk to Magaluf so ideal location for both resorts. All in all excellent, and will be back

5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 16, 2011

Stayed here 2nd week in October in room 420. First impressions were good, reception was clean and staff very friendly and efficient with no fuss check in. The apartment was of an excellent size with a large bedroom and well equipped kitchen area, but what really made the stay worthwhile was the view from the balcony (large enough for 4 chairs and table), which overlooked the pool and beach looking out to Palma.

The bar/lounge area met all of our requirements. We had a couple of nights there but went in to town most nights, but could have easily had stayed there if weather not good. Bar staff very efficient and entertainment team kept everyone happy. Good job guys.

Pool area was a little shady with the large trees, and as the apartments were not full there was no trouble getting a sun bed at any time. We didn’t use the indoor pool but it looked good.

Very close to Magaluf, but did not experience any noise. The bars below the complex were lively, but no noise could be heard after midnight.

Be aware that the supermarket over the road from the complex is very expensive, but there are cheaper alternatives towards the centre of Palma Nova within a few minutes walk.

Very pleased with our stay here, will be looking to return again next year.

Room Tip: Try to ask for a room on the 4th/5th floor
