Could have been much better. The room was dark and not cleaned every day. The hotel was noisy most of the day and night and you could hear everything inside your room, so hard to get some sleep. Worst thing for me was the music round the pool every day. It was way too loud and a cheap way to try and create an atmosphere with nothing going on. Most people moaned about it cos you couldn´t even have a proper conversation it was so loud and the staff ignored it when you complained. Drinks were expensive compared to outside and some days there were not enough sunbeds to go around.

I spent seven nights at the Vista Sol Apartments and our room was never cleaned once although rubbish was taken out twice and clean towels were left twice but that is no cleaning to me.The noise at night is unbearable and it is hard sleep even when I covered my ears.Music comes on and stops from guests rooms every 10 minutes till they are told to turn it off but then it starts again.

I love to read and I had planned to read a couple of books but with the noise and lack of sleep I could not read more than a few pages. Thanks everyone you spoilt my holiday.

I think that the hotel should put strict rules in place regarding the noise and stop this mess. They owe this to paying guests like myself who also wish to rest on holiday.

I just spent a few days at the Vista Sol Apartment on Mallorca. I was there 3 nights and my room was never cleaned. Upon request I got clean towels. The room itself was OK. I assume it was the dates I was there, because it was mostly college aged kids there. The rooms have NO sound proofing and it was a very noisy. There was noise from outside, noise from adjacent rooms and noise from the hall, it all made it very difficult to sleep.
There was some good about the hotel, they had a large nice pool and pool area, the location was good, and they had WiFi.
The area Magalluf, Mallorca is a very nice area. The beach is good. There is a lot of night life.

Room Tip: Beach (pool) side has a great view, but lots of noise.

Have stayed here a few times when on stag do's in Magaluf. First off it is unbelievably good value for money, don't think I've ever paid more than £10 a night!! The receptionists are always helpful, it has its own mini supermarket, the pool area is clean with plenty of loungers and the rooms are big enough for 4 people to share comfortably.

The location is spot on, theres stairs to the middle of the Magaluf strip at the back of the hotel (no access after midnight) and a side path that leads to the same exit that can be used anytime (although after dark there's usually a bunch of ladies of the night pestering you). You can occasionally hear people moving/talking in the corridors or outside, but nothing the hotel staff are good at controlling it.

For the price, location, cleanliness and friendliness i would highly recommend this hotel to any groups of revellers wanting a good place to stay when in Magaluf.

Came to Magaluf for a 10 day holiday with 8 girls here and I can honestly say theres nowhere better to stay. Forget all the old reviews about the ''nasty'' security guard and the dreaded hill .. Firstly, the security guard is so harmless and not nasty at all and the ''dreaded hill'' is honestly not bad at all!
The hotel is located in the perfect position .. the steps at the back of the hotel bring u right onto the strip and a further 1 minute walk brings you to the best area of the beach! Unfortunately the steps close at 12 so I advise to finish pre drinking before 12 cause otherwise you've a 4 minute walk to the strip which still isn't bad at all!
The pool is a perfect size and there is plenty of sunbeds , only downside is the music they play which gets quite annoying but its bearable. Every Tuesday there is a pool party featuring Basshunter (at least there was when we were there anyways)
Never ate in the hotel but the menu seems decent enough.
Perfectly safe hotel never had any trouble while staying there.
Very clean hotel also, rooms were cleaned every 3rd day aswel as new towels etc. Cleaning staff were very friendly.
I highly recommend this hotel to young people coming over for a holiday as it really is the best you're gonna get and the price to stay is also unbelievable for what you get :)

The hotel is in the perfect location (5 mins to the main strip and beach) and the pool and facilities (supermarket) are very good. The rooms are clean however they did not seem to get cleaned throught my five days, apart from new towels once - this didnt matter with 3 messy girls in the room however!!
The hotel can get noisy (more at around 7 in the morning with people returning home than in the evening) however if you are tired enough you will be able to sleep!! The staff are quite good and if you need to complain they will deal with the offenders!
Didnt see the grumpy security guards so many have spoke off, even when our group of girls decided to go for a midnight swim!!
The hill is quite steep but they are do-able even when half cut! There are steps to the rear which lead you directly to strip (perfect when you need a quick escape from the hundreds of PRs trying to get you into the bars!!)
The restaurants/cafes at the bottom of the hill are abit dated and arent great for the money - you are much better of heading towards the beach and eating at the numerous places down there (the boat yard does a good breakfast)
Only other thing is that when we got to the hotel they didnt have our rooms booked - after arguing and the hotel calling the holiday company directly (NEVER book with lowcostholidays.com!!) we finally got to our rooms. Cant say the same for another hen party who came later in the day and had the same problem (they were shipped off to another hotel.) Would recommend getting an early flight to ensure you are the first to check in.
Overall, although there are 60+ steps / steep slope / not a particular trendy area - the hotel is clean, the pool is nice and the location is perfect.

Room Tip: Pool rooms provide the best view, rooms at the rear overlook another hotel's bedrooms - Ok if yo...
