“Sublime aoili..”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 9, 2012 via mobile

The light mousse like aoili was sublimed. That set us up for a great lunch. Mallorcan frito was fantastic with the chopped liver and gizzard. Had tripe too which was very good (innard day) n the lamb rack was excellent with the meat lightly seasoned n was flavoured by the crust. Will go for dinner

“Slow service, and overcooked john dory”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed September 24, 2012

The service of this place was very slow and we waited along time before we even got the menues. This was strange with only 3 tables of 2 seated. Ofcourse its beautiful to sit on their terrace but you can do that evewrywhere in deia.

The sucklingpig was very nice but the john dory was so dry and the accompaning risotta was not seasoned.

“Good food, reasonable prices but let down by lighting”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed September 1, 2012

We liked this place, good tasty food, nice friendly staff and a good view. It is really let down though by the lighting, which is a sort of dimmed strip lighting on the terrace.

“Good rather than exceptional”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 1, 2012

A good restaurant in the main but we found others in Deia we preferred. Very nice food and beautiful terrace. Service was ok, little slow and a bit overpriced for what it was.

“Delicious”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 19, 2012 via mobile

Despite almost being turned off by previous trip adviser reviews we were pleasantly surprised by our meal at Jaume. The food was absolutely delicious especially the starters and desert medley our only point would be that the mains were rather meat heavy and could do with some more veg. Other then that everybody had an incredible time much of which was helped by the warm atmosphere created by the waitstaff, who remarkably when asked recommended the cheapest wine on the list which was still very good. Not cheap but worth the money for a treat!
