very disapointed with this hotel,as it is mainly sold by a french company called FRAM, to the french,you are greeted by the spanish staff i.e receptionist. waiters in the french language,the waiters were especially rude and unhelpful,as soon as they new we were english they just kept their distance,the HEAD WAITER just stared and gave funny looks at us everytime we saw him, not once did he speak to us, never the less ask us if thing were alright or not, i would just like to let you know we are a couple in our early 50s,and dress for dinner,they did not once offer to bring water or the complementary wine to our table.yet we noticed that they bent over backwards for their french guests getting wine+water to their tables as soon as they walked through the restaurant door, this made us feel unwelcome ,there was only one bar man that i could say treated us ok in the evenings when we dicided to drink in the hotel,all the signs and notices up in the hotel are in french this is quite confusing when you expect them to be spanish,apart from that the hotel was very clean,and we had no prodlems, regarding the food, it could be a little stange at times but for the cost of our stay we could not complain.this hotel is sold as being an international hotel,but really it should be sold as being a french hotel,dont get me wrong, the french guests were fine and mainly friendly,its just the hotel staff that need to get their act together,and treat everybody the same.
