Agradecemos sus comentarios que nopor ello el hecho de no contestar nuestro mensaje privado : (
Me imagino que vd eligió un hotel que no se ajustaba a sus necesidades . El Hotel Gala es un buen Hotel standard de 3 estrellitas (Simple ) limpio , llevado de una forma familiar , en la que se aceptan los animales domesticos previo pago y que los precios los marcan los TTOO , depende del momento del año en que vd viaje puede ser caro ( AGOSTO ) pero le aseguro que el resto de lso meses nuestros precios son muy económicos . EL Hotel esta renovado en 2000 y el mobiliario es nuevo del 2000 . Vd en vez de quejarse en recepcion , comentó en recepción sus necesidades y nosotros les dimos cambio de habitación .
Tomamos buena nota de sus comentarios , que nos sirven para mejorar nuestro servicio año a año .
La situación del Hotel en pleno centro de CanPastilla , con la Playa de Palma a 70 metros es el principal aliciente de este Hotel.
Para este 2008 no se aceptaran animales domesticos en nuestras instalaciones .
