We booked late for the October half term break, and couldn't have been more pleased. The hotel is lovely and clean, our room was in block 5 facing towards the mountains and sea, on this side you could hear the evening entertainment but not enough to to be off putting. The hotel staff were excellent, always friendly and helpful. The Thomson Reps were brilliant, we have a 4 year old and 8 year old and used the kids club for a couple of days, they have clubs depending on age, but ours went to the drop in club so that they could stay together and they loved it. It was the end of season so was beginning to get quiet, but the Reps were still full of energy and the kids evening entertainment was great.
The outside pool was cold, but we took the children's wet suits, they shivered a bit but still kept going in, once you were in, it was fine. The indoor pool was a bit warmer, but could do with not allowing footballs and inflatables in there as its not that big.
The food was good, a great selection, we went half board and couldn't fault it, the stir frys were a favourite.

Cala Bona is a nice and quiet as things were winding down for the end of the season. Cala Millor has a lovely beach and is a bit busier and is about a 25 min walk whilst taking in the views.
Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel and this area and booking through thomson, everything went perfectly, we'll definitely be back :)More
