I went on my own on a Monday night - on a business trip - the place was not busy but was not empty either. I hadn't made a reservation but there was no problem and I hade a choice of restaurant, lounge or bar - I chose the bar. The service was good but felt a little cold. The food - I had the beef chilli soup to start, no complaints either on taste or size - in fact it was very substantial with plenty of beef. I had a NY Strip for main it could have been rarer (I ordered Med-Rare) but it could be my european taste expecting it a bit rarer. The taste was good but not the best I have ever had (and trust me I have had a lot of steaks in the world) - however the side of sliced tomatoes was huge enough for 2-3 people.
Overall it felt no more than average - having said that I felt I could be great and I'm sure it could so I probably would give it another try.
