we ended up at trilogy accidentally (thinking another restaurant was in that location) but as it was on our 'list', we decided to stay. the caramel brie and Caesar salad appetizers were very good but then our waitress decided not to visit our table for a very long spell until our entrees were ready. then it took another several minutes to flag her down to get another fork and despite our being ready to order more drinks, she appeared too busy to take the order. the crabcakes were decent but the ny strip was not as appealing. the bourbon peppercorn sauce was enjoyable but it was ruined by the 'medium rare' steak i ordered that came out tough and chewy since it was cooked to medium well. overall, the food wasn't bad but not worth the price and the service was bad enough to drag the whole experience down.
