“Excellent hotel”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 4, 2014

This hotel is one of the best I have ever stayed in. The facilities were first class and the hotel was very clean. The staff very friendly and helpful and were very supportive when we had a problem which was really out of their remit. The provision of beach towels and sun beds was very welcome. I felt really at home there - something I have never experienced in a hotel in all my years of travel. My special thanks to Alessandra, who was amagingly helpful.

We stayed in this residence and resort because some of our family wanted to visit Venice and others didn't. It's about 1.5 hours to travel to Venice on bus and boat outside peak season. The hotel was very clean, the staff were very friendly (particulary the receptionists, breakfast was good and the rooms were a good size, overall very good value for money. The residence is well located for the beach, shops and restuarants although I found the variety of food very limited and the quality generally poor, however, the quantites were generous.

Room Tip: The higher rooms have a sea view.

we stayed there 4 nights in this wonderful hotel. the staff were very helpful, michaela at reception and roberta in the breakfast room were wonderful. Roberta remembered our breakfast drinks each day and had them ready for us, without even having to ask. Fantastic service!!!!

we have stayed in many hotels, in various countries but this has to rate with the best. wonderful modern features, great staff and location. also fantastic value for money, with lovely breakfast, bike hire included. everything was just so clean and well looked after. I wish there were more places like this, would happily go back again.

just a shame we did not stay long enough to make use of the pools and other facilities.
if you are thinking of going to venice, do yourself a favour and stay here.

the restaurant below the hotel was also wonderful for its very speedy service and good food, we did not have to walk to other restaurants, it wasn't needed.

Room Tip: we booked early and asked for a room with a view, we had a great room with views of the water, on 3r...

Visited for a short break to visit Venice and have a seaside location. The hotel was excellent, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ample and the staff very friendly and helpful. We had a room with a balcony and sea view. Free wifi was available. The complimentary beach towels and sun beds were a nice touch. Couldn't fault anything about our stay. The pizzeria attached served good food and gave 10% discount to guests.

The journey to Venice was easy. A 23.5euro day ticket from either of the two local tobacconists
covered the bus to Punta Sabinni, the boat to Venice and unlimited Vaperetto on the Grand Canal as well as boats to the islands such as Murano and Burano. Bus stop no. 40 Piazza Marina is just round the corner. Timetable from the receptionist.

A great holiday break. Much recommended.

We also did our own transfers by bus from Marco Polo airport which were straightforward if you'd done some research.

Room Tip: Ask for balcony and sea view

Visited for a short break. The hotel was very good, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was first class and the staff were very helpful. The only problem was that lido de jesolo was closed - a combination of it being too early in April and bad weather ! However the hotel provided excellent value for money.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. One of the best hotel I've ever been.Free wifi in the room, very close the parking place with remote controlled gate. Breakfast was plentyful, original Italian cappuccino waited my wife on our table in the morning. Heated pool is on the top floor with fantastic view to the see. Free bike hire in the price to discover Lido di Jesolo. Recommend to everybody.

Pros: Clean and modern, free parking and wifi, fabulous breakfast selection, lovely swimming pool and gym area on the top floor.

Cons: the receptionist was extremely hostile and unfriendly- I didn't see her smile once! This isn't really the hotel's fault, but I wasn't very impressed with the views, both from the room and the swimming pool.
