Propably the best Pizza in Chianti. Amazing that something as borring as a Margarita can taste that good.
Trattoria d'i Borgo is run by three people only where the father and son are serving, and they are both very plesent and helpfull (even though only one of them speak english).
Serving was relatively quick. Between 15 and 20 minutes for three persons and we all got our food at the same time.
As it was very hot in late august we only sat outside but it was also nice as the place is nicely decorated and the small street is mainly for pedestrians and only one or two cars passed the whole evening.
We went to the restaurant several times during our week in Greve and both pasta(which i'm quite sure was homemade) and pizza was very good.
The pricetag we thought was a bit high but it was because the first night we only had Spaghetteria Pizzeria Via Veneto(also reviewed in Tripadv.) to compare with but a pizza Margarita for EUR 5,50 can not really be called pricy, at least not for a dane who is used to at least 8 EUR.
Only negative, but that is for whole Italy I think, is the service charge of 1,50 EUR per person which you have to calculate in when you look at the menys...
First night we tried to pay with creditcard but after several atempt we went over to cash. Apparently the entire city is a dark spot regarding creditcard terminals, as we also ended up going to the ATM when paying for the hotel we stayed at.
