My husband and I stayed three nights in early June 2012 and found the whole experience a delight. Located in the heart of Piazza Armerina, we walked everywhere and returned home to a sea of tranquility and peace. This is a beautiful hotel. The staff are amazing. They are so friendly, and helpful. They offer to do everything for you. The rooms are beautifully done, to a very high standard and have all mod-cons! We will always come back to this incredible Hotel whenever in Sicilly!!!

Excellent place to say, staff friendly and amazing Sicilian food for you breakfast...perfect place for your honeymoon!!! The town is lovely and from there you can easily drive around Sicily. The view of the cathedral is absolutely astonishing...I suggest everyone to try it if you go to Sicily on holiday!!!

I stayed at the Suite d'Autore last March for my girlfriend birthday and the only reason I went there is because we previously stayed at the same hotel last August for my birthday and we couldn't miss another opportunity like this. The staff is totally and utterly friendly and helpful in any occasion (the smallest is the town you go and the better is the experience).

In both occasions we found a complimentary bottle of Champagne and a bowl of fresh strawberries by the bed....Great Start!!!



The room was very trendy even considering the fact that is a small and old town in the middle of Sicily, perfect for a romantic relax and about 90 minutes drive to the closest beach.

I strictly recommend to rent a car at the airport but not too big as some of the roads are a bit narrow and you can get stuck. Once you have it, feel free to drive everywhere as nothing is too far and every town has a few particular characteristic.

Also the local people, the food and the wine is what makes this island unbeatable.

I strictly believe that when you are on holiday all you need is relax and comfort and not technology, so switch off your phone, take off your shoes and just enjoy!!!

Very original and welcoming place, right in the centre of Piazza Armerina.
Every room has got its own character and piece of art which people can also buy (some of them).
Slept in the "lightness" room, modern and sophisticated.......Very good service...
Nice local staff and very good homemade breakfast; I still remember those nice shortbread with marmelade, everything genuinely home baked by the owner's mum......Lovely!!!
In general good value for money and the sympathy of the owner (Ettore) made the stay even more funny...
I definetly would recommend this place and to visit Piazza Armerina; a great gem in the heart of Sicily and sunshine...
