Look no further!

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. We had booked their 4 night relaxation package which included a full breakfast and the daily 4 course dinner specials (specials were incredible). This cost us 840 Euros.

Staff!
The staff was professional and courteous at all times. The place was immaculately kept. The crew was always cleaning and moving about and always smiled.

Spa!
The spa (had a facial for about 88 Euros) was one of the best I have been to.

LOCATION!!!!
We took the local bus in front of the hotels to Lugano Switzerland (about 30 scenic minutes around the lake) for shopping, sightseeing, and lunch on one day. Another day we took the bus in the opposite direction and were in Lake Mennagio, Italy (20 minutes away, also scenic). Mennagio is a beautiful town for sightseeing and lunch. From here we would take the ferry to the other lakes. A day trip to Bellagio cost us 6.5 Euros. A hopper pass for Varenna, Bellagio, Tremezzo, and Lenno cost us 10 Euros. The hotel sold us the bus ticket and provided a schedule. The ferry terminal provided maps, schedules, and prices for their service.

Hotel!!!!!!!!!!!
Fabulous! We had a view of the lake on our double patio equipped with beach loungers and tables and chairs. Our room was a suite with kitchen, living room, bathroom, and bedroom. The hotel always kept fresh fruit in the lobby and provides a large bowl in the fully equipped kitchen. We would bring up fruit for a late night snack. Ask for an air-conditioned room.

Worked with the hotels staff member; Wendy to book my trip. She was responsive, very helpful, and offered great alternatives. Maria at the front desk was wonderful as well.

Spa had services for children, adults, and couples (massage for couples lesson).

Full day program for children was also available.

Food!!!!
Each morning starts off with an elaborate spread - a separate table at children’s height is set up also. Each table has the days agenda - tours, on site happenings, weather, etc.

Dinner starts wih a large appetizer buffet set-up. From their the meal is selected and served by a courteous and wonderful staff. We chose to dress for dinner, but some folks were relaxed in dockers and polos.

2 pools, 1 beach, a gym, water slides, skate park, a quiet section for hammocks, loungers, and Buddhist temple for yoga or mediation sits on its highest point overlooking Lake Lugano.
