Now i have never been inspired to right a review before I leave a location but this hotel is providing me with the strangest experience I have ever had The staff don't smile unless forced too and for some reason neither do the customers and Nobody talks to each other presenting the feeling more of an old people's home than a 5star hotel. Now don't get me wrong I am an anti social on holiday enjoying mine and my wifes own company but the odd good morning, passing acknowledgement or simple smile is always nice but here nothing. What I can't understand is why the hotel is lovely the views are amazing, the pools clean and free for swimming or plunging in to cool off. It's not too busy and there's good access to the pleasant small town whe there are a number of reasonably priced restaurants from a simple pizza to fine dining and access by bus at the bottom of the hill to get around the island. We ate last night in a lovely little restaurant and had to laugh as it. Says on its sign only happy people with a smile (we were the only people from the hotel). So that's it really cant fault the place but but they need to work on the heart beat.
