We love our Italian food and are picky about the way the pasta is cooked (kinda like Goldilocks and her porridge I guess). Too often at the big chains we find that the pasta has been sitting in water and is overcooked. The chef at Fiorello has broken the code and serves it up perfect every time. The amazing part is that he is able to do so for six entrees served buffet style on Sundays for only $9.95. You can't beat this deal anywhere and the only way to top this off is with a nice Sunday afternoon nap. Restaurant is never crowded...we think this is because people are skeptical that a good restaurant can be found embedded in a hotel. Don't let that scare you away. This place is the real deal!
