“Wonderful al dente pasta amazingly served on a buffet”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 27, 2011

We love our Italian food and are picky about the way the pasta is cooked (kinda like Goldilocks and her porridge I guess). Too often at the big chains we find that the pasta has been sitting in water and is overcooked. The chef at Fiorello has broken the code and serves it up perfect every time. The amazing part is that he is able to do so for six entrees served buffet style on Sundays for only $9.95. You can't beat this deal anywhere and the only way to top this off is with a nice Sunday afternoon nap. Restaurant is never crowded...we think this is because people are skeptical that a good restaurant can be found embedded in a hotel. Don't let that scare you away. This place is the real deal!

“Wonderful Italian restaurant!!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 11, 2010

We were traveling home and stayed at the Super 8 motel next door. The friendly lady at the desk there said she had heard from many guests that the food there was very good. We decided to walk over there for dinner. It is in the Holiday Inn on J. Clyde Morris Blvd..
It was getting close to closing time, but we were welcomed in a very friendly manner. Everything we ordered from appetizers, salads and entrees was delicious and tasted so freshly prepared! The waitress was friendly and I believe it was the manager who stopped by our table to ask if everything was satisfactory. The house chianti wine was also very good. Our bill, including tax, tip and two glasses of chianti each was $68.00. Highly recommend this hidden gem of a restaurant to everyone! Very, very yummy! The only negative that I could comment on was that the TV in the bar was on kind of loud and on a Travel or Discovery Channel and it detracted from the beautiful ambience of the restaurant. We could have chosen to move, I suppose, to further away from the TV, but we didn't.

“Spectacular”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 20, 2010

We come often and have gotten to know the Maitre'D. He's a great guy and he'll always treat you right. He knows us so well now that he brought us free limoncellos on my wife's birthday, and when we brought guests from out of town and whenever we come for whatever reason. Simply awesome. Oh yeah, and the food... best italian in town.

“Delicious!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 13, 2010

Don't let the fact that this restaurant is in the Holiday Inn Hotel fool you. I had the rigatoni ala vodka, with chicken (you can get it with shrimp as well). My husband had the fettuccine fra diavolo, spicy (you can get it mild or spicy), and both meals were delicious. My two young boys enjoyed a pizza, which they loved. Of course the meal started off with garlic bread knots and salads, the house dressing is wonderful. The wait staff was very attentive and polite, more so than other places in the area. The owner himself walked around and spoke with each diner to ensure their full satisfaction. They also have nightly specials if you want to stray from the menu. I highly recommend this if you love Italian food!
