A group my friends and I stayed here for a night. While I can't comment on long term reservations, this place is great for a night or two. We arrived late but were still able to find ample parking when the hotel was almost full. The A/C unit did take a few minutes to kick on but we eventually got it working and it was pretty quiet all night. The bathroom was a good size and had a very large counter to place toiletries. Water pressure was good and the water got extremely hot. There was a microwave and refridgerator in the room however we did not use them. The beds were comfortable but the pillows left something to be desired. A desk and table top lamp with outlets and internet connection would be great for business travelers. Overall the rooms were not noisy (or our neighbors were really quiet). There is a pool and hot tub, while we did not use them it is noteworthy to say the chlorine is really noticeable when walking near the area.
Breakfast was great! There are complimentary coffee, tea, hot cocoa and cookies throughout the day. The breakfast bar was well stocked even on a busy weekend and had a great selection of fresh fruit, oatmeal, cereal, assorted pastries and bread, yogurt, a hot item (such as buscuits and gravy) and a waffle maker.
The hotel is located conveniently off the highway and is a close drive to Newport News and about 20 minutes from Williamsburg.
I would definitely recommend this hotel for weekend travelers.

This was a good value for the price ($50-60). The website was accurate in most areas. The home baked cookies each day were actually standard store bought, but they were free. The DVD player as a room standard was actually a DVD player available for rental for a fee at the front desk. The breakfast was good and always had one egg product, but there was little variation day to day during our week's stay. The inside hot tub and pool area were very clean and open but over clorinated. Room was nice and large, a/c was effective and quiet, bathroom large and clean, refrig and microwave worked perfectly and saved us on budget for meals. Good location, felt safe, enough parking.

This hotel is really nice. It is conveniently located near the I-64. The rooms are really nice and there is a washing machine in the hotel on each floor. The breakfast is really nice and there is an ice machine and a pool. It is very near to grocery stores like Walgreens. I would recommend to take a day trip to Colonial Williamsburg when staying at this hotel. It is about a 20 minute drive and is really great. Another great attraction is the Chesepeake Bay Bridge Tunnel.

There are many good things about this hotel. The staff treat you well, the rooms are clean. The pool area and other public areas of the hotel are clean. The modern air conditioning units work well and you can control it. The breakfast selection is good; typical of most hotels these days. You are in a good location to travel easily to the highway, shopping, and restaurants. However, I found that I could easily hear noise from the neighbouring units; people having conversations, walking across the floor, etc., and that is something that personally really annoys me. It's not enough to completely ruin my stay there, considering all the pluses of this location, but I suggest you bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper!
