As noted in other reviews, this is a local hole-in-the wall that is difficult to find, but is well worth the effort for a good, inexpensive meal. It's located in a strip mall behind a Burger King (much better burgers, though). The proprietors are quite friendly; I was a bit surprised at how few people were there but came in early. I had the chipotle chop, which was a pork chop combined with a chipotle patty in a burger bun; it's one of their regular menu items. I was going to try the chipotle chuck burger, which would have replaced the chop with a beef chuck patty, but they were out of the black bean spread it came with. (By the way, I applaud them for the choice of chuck for their burgers; I raise my own cattle and believe that's the cut that makes the best ground beef due to its fat content.). The sandwich came with a choice of sides, potato salad, pasta salad, chips or slaw, all of which are made there except the chips. I went for the potato salad and it was excellent. The only downside (other than distance from where I live) is the lack of an ABC permit, but the unsweetened tea was good and I can occasionally do without a beer or glass of wine at dinner I guess. Eat here if you are in the neighborhood.
