“Perfect every time!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 15, 2012

We have been to Circa 1918 several times, and it is always excellent! I haven't had a bad meal yet. The staff is attentive, but not hounding you. I will have to agree with other reviews that it can get loud in there, that would be my only negative. Make reservations, as there aren't that many tables.

“Absolutely Amazing Meal at the Last Minute!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 25, 2012

Stopped by Circa 1918 late on a Friday evening without a reservation and was treated to a fabulous meal -- one of the best ever! The combination of Southern spices and inventive dishes made for a meal without parallel. I had the Ahi Tuna over a bok slaw that seemed magical with every bite. My mate started with the chicken vegetable soup that boasted the freshest ingredients... nothing mushy about this soup! He also had an entree special, Tilefish wrapped in parchment that was exquisite. And even though we weren't hungry, we had a banana bread dessert that was an unexpected pleasure. It was hard to pass up the bison meatloaf so we'll have to go back sometime. We highly recommend Circa 1918. We recommend reservations, but try it even if it's a last minute choice... we did and were richly rewarded for it.

“Delicious meal - graduation with family”

Great food every visit. Wish there were a little more change in the menu. Scallop appetizer is wonderful. Main negative is the acoustics - it's very loud!

“A treat, we are hooked”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 13, 2012

After eating here the first time we were BLOWN AWAY. We said that we would return for special occasions because it is a slight splurge. We returned two weeks later. We brown bagged our lunch in swap for co,ing back to circa sooner than planned. We crave their food. Every bite is amazing. The waitstaff is friendly, welcoming & unobtrusive. Love that they take reservations, because their is no wait for our table.

“Great, different,but expensive.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 19, 2012 via mobile

My boyfriend and I went here with no reservation on a Friday night, but they fit us in at the bar. Food was unique and tasty, there were some ingredients that I have never heard of!... Overall a nice experience with good service and a very nice bartender
