I stayed 4 nights at this hotel for Christmas. We were visiting our family there. Our grandmother actually took care of paying for the room there and the guest service agent Randy was the one who helped them make the arrangements. She said he was so helpful and has just wonderful customer service. The hotel is currently under construction, but they have signs everywhere informing guests of the new entrance and what was going on. When we get to the room, they have the cutest little plastic hardhat with candy and water inside. There was also a note with a picture of all the staff members wearing hard hats. The bathroom even had a little rubber ducky with a hard hat and construction sign. On Christmas morning we opened the door to find a candy cane full of Hershey Kisses and a maid asking if we wanted our room serviced. I wish I remembered her name, but can not. She serviced our room the whole time we were there and did a wonderful job, She always greeted us with a smile even though she was working on the holiday. Overall the little things the staff did throughout the stay made our stay fabulous and overlook the other things like the construction. I will def. stay here again when visiting our family.
