Nice family-owned hotel in beautiful mountain setttings. The room was simple but comfortable. Unfortunately, rooms in the back have no balcony and no view (we had booked at the last minute and the hotel was full, so no choice of room). The weather was cool this August and the lack of air conditioning not a problem. We slept very well. The breakfast buffet was nice. We showed up at the last minute (9:59 am, while breakfast is served until 10 am...). This was not a problem: we were served gracefully. In fact, all staff members are extremely pleasant (special thanks to the grandma). Free on-street parking in front of the hotel is a nice plus. The village is small and the choice of restaurants limited. However, the pizzeria stays open very late in high season (past 11 pm). We would recommend Luz-Saint Sauveur and this hotel for people who like to hike.More
