We stayed for four nights with in Arromanches in late September 2012. The inn was clean, homey and, compared with the hotel room and B&B sizes in Paris and Brussels, spacious. The breakfast option is quite reasonable- we compared prices in town were we to supply our own, and the hotel compares pretty favorably. The location can't be beat: our bedroom window overlooked the beaches, and we we not 100 yards from the local WW II museum, and well located for our tour of the Canadian, U.S. and British D-Day beaches (there is plenty to do for the history buff, and spectacular beaches if you just want sun and relaxation). The best part of the hotel, though, was Jacques: we have never met a better innkeeper. He was consistently helpful, even at anticipating problems we had not thought of, and in solving them. You could not ask for a kinder, more courteous, thoughtful host- we felt more like visiting family than strangers he had never seen before. We recommend him highly.
