My husband and I stayed with Janik & Rob for five days between Christmas and New Year 2009. 5 days is a long time to stay in a b&b but we didn't want to leave!! Janik & Rob are the perfect hosts, welcoming, friendly, extremely helpful.
They both went out of their way to ensure we were not only comfortable but had an amazing trip -- from Janik's pre-trip travel advice helping me to decide what to pack, to the taxi waiting for us at the airport, to the restaurant suggestions, to lending me books to read and even arranging a local lady to come by the B&B to give me a pedicure! It was all amazing!Rob was on hand to fix my husband Flor de Canas to help cool down after a hot day walking the city.
The breakfasts, per other reviews, are first class! The B&B itself is beautiful, rooms big and breezy and we had a great restful sleep. Needless to say I can't recommend Casa Silas highly enough. I hope to return one day soon.
