We had a late lunch here and found it superb. The whole place is open-air, with small parrots in a cage and a pleasant colonial style. The beef was magnificent, loin that was cooked to order perfectly done in Nicaraguan style with several garnishes (each delicious -- chimichurri, tomato and onion, and others), the vegetables perfect, and a nice salad. The steak was so tender it could be cut with a fork. Service was attentive. Excellent experience. Pity the poor vegetarian in Nicaragua, a country with excellent, tender, grass-fed beef and superb seafood -- but not too much because they can cook vegetables here as well.
