Good welcome a drink and flowers I thought yes this is going to be good. We were shown a room which was like a third rate motel. Poor lighting tired depressing and an uncomfortable bed. We were offered an upgrade for a thousand bart extra. Which we decided to take up.
This room was a bit better as it was on the beach. The bed was so uncomfortable that I slept in the arm chair half way through the night. There was no drawers for clothes and no proper reading lights by the bed. The front door had a gap between the door frame and the door so the mossies were coming into the room. The whole resort is tired and drab. To crown it all yes my pet hate a disco all night long. The manager said he had been onto the police as it was not from their resort. I think it was coming from their dining room but I will give him the benefit of the doubt.
We bailed out after the first night and moved to the Amari which was heavenly. The owner of this hotel should see what they are doing it would not take a lot to improve this shabby resort into a five star product. We paid in advance for this hotel but only for two nights so we lost the second night but we were pleased to leave.
