I hope you like honey! I had a delicious smoothie here with some truly amazing honey. Pricey for India, but worth it:)

“Pricey but worth it”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 24, 2013

The prices here are above average but you are paying for the comfortable surroundings and cleanliness. We had the honey apple pie and chocolate brownie, both were fresh and tasty. The honey lassi was average but the ginger fizz was delicious. Air con is a bonus.

“Nice place to have a break”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 15, 2013

Liked the atmosphere, and the food. Prices were reasonable, and a dash of honey was a welcome change. Just near Lakshman jhoola, it is a nice place to take a break and relax.

“for your sweet fix in India”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 29, 2013

I was so starved for chocolate that the first time I went to Honey Hut, I fell in love. They make all of their sweets with honey instead of sugar so it's marginally better for you! Chai is from a tea bag but they also pop a few cardamom pods in it. Ask for whipped cream on the side - it's stiff and sweet, and according to my friend, the best thing she'd ever put in her mouth. On my numerous visits to Honey Hut I had:
- truffle cake (60 r): amazing dark cake with a dark layer of ganache - absolutely amazing.
- apple pie (50 r) with ice cream: it's a teeny tiny little tart and it's so cute and a nice reminder of home.
- chocolate walnut tart (60 r): one of the best things there, absolutely. i liked the crust, the chocolate, and the walnut. delish!
- chocolate ball (30 r): they warm everything in the microwave so it's really fun when they heat the chocolate ball. it falls apart upon contact with your spoon and you scoop it all up hungrily into your mouth, even if you're not hungry. must try!
- veggie burger: deep fried burning hot lava veggie burger. served on a bun with lettuce. they wash their lettuce with reverse-osmosis filtered water so it's safe for foreigners. the burger is nothing to write home about though, unless you want to tell people that it's worse than even mcdonalds. served with a packet of ketchup.
- mushroom puff: a little spicy, a lot delicious! they serve it with a packet of ketchup.
- paneer puff: a little spicy, but not as delicious as the mushroom puff. served with a packet of ketchup.
- corn roll: a soft dough stuffed with corn, onions, and red peppers. honestly, i should have gotten another mushroom puff, but i was curious. served with a packet of ketchup.
- honey-filled chocolates next to the register (11 r): amazing. this is the reason we kept returning.

just a few notes:
- if you order a savoury dish and a sweet dish, the sweet dish will invariably come first, even if you specify that you want it AFTER your burger/puff/roll. you can send it back, but they won't reheat it for you, particularly if they've already scooped the ice cream onto it. you might try ordering them separately.
- they also sell clothes and jewelry. it's a fun little place!
- no internet.

“Novelty cafe with lots of honey”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 27, 2013

Very clean, a/c. cafe with newspapers in English, snacks and drinks which all feature ...yes, honey. Prompt service by uniformed staff! The soda floats are very refreshing.
The cafe also sells some attractive kurtas and dupattas, as well as some jewellery.
