I've eaten here at least a half dozen times and have eaten in their restaurants in The Plains and Warrenton. It's standard to good non-national-chain Mexican food.
Warm chips and homemade salsa are above average. The combo dishes are nothing special, but you get decent sized portions. The enchiladas tend to be heavy and greasy and not in a good way. The cheese in them seems to be of the tasteless processed variety.
I usually get bean burritos, which are decent with a tasty ranchero sauce on top and just a sprinkling of cheese. The guac is home made, chunky and onion-y.
The service (usually just one guy waiting on tables) is attentive and the prices very reasonable.
