The dinners at Elements were wonderful- the service, presentation and the food. I am home now and miss it already!

“Wonderful meals!”

Everything was awesome!!!! Unfortunately, our appetites were sated entirely too quickly! We sampled several items from each course. Sunday brunch is amazing too!!

“Great restaurant! For infants.”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed April 3, 2013

Although breakfast here is great, I would avoid dinner at Elements.

The menu is quite sparse, and the food is excessively complex, for the sake of being "gourmet", or fancy. We ordered a short rib appetizer, and what came out of the kitchen was a couple teaspoons of short rib, chopped up finer than one would serve to a small infant. It was wrapped in very thin slices of potato, and was flavorful, but disappointing. I don't see the need to destroy quality short rib by chopping it into kibble.

I ordered a filet as my entree, and out came a microscopic filet sliced in half, for some reason. After a day of hiking the mountain trails, or participating in any of the other outdoor activities here, a 3 oz. filet, and a couple teaspoons of short rib confetti is barely an appetizer. My wife had the bass, which was about 2 fish sticks worth of food. Luckily the pub was still open, so we ordered a Cuban, and BLT&E from room service.

Ohh, and did I mention the food at Elements was expensive? And maybe it was because I didn't bring the "requested" sport coat, but some of the staff did not seem that eager to serve us, or fix our wobbly table. Our poor waitress tried, but was unsuccessful.

The Elements experience is the only disappointment from our stay at the resort. If you stay away from there for dinner, you will have a 5 star experience for sure.

We had the filet and the rack of lamb. Both were terrific - cooked perfectly. The service was very attentive without being "smothering." We loved it.

Just completed the celebration of my wife's Birthday with many family members--Had dinner in the Elements restaurant---The food was first rate and the service was impeccable--Can recommend the strip steak while my wife enjoyed the rainbow trout. After dinner we were treated to the Observatory where we were able to see first hand the planets and stars visable at the time. If you have not been to Primland you are missing a treat. We will return.
