Had dinner at the Bistro on Main on a Saturday evening. There was an extensive wine list for a restaurant of this size. It rivaled some DC restaurants' wine list.
I ordered the Glazed Salmon and it was tender and moist with a tasty glaze that was complimentary and not overpowering. The waiter readily substituted the sweet potato dish. The wilted spinach was delicious. The bread was fresh with very nice, slightly sweet flavor.
They serve organic coffee that was quite good,
I had the creme brulee and was a nice, light custard with a yummy caramelized crust.
The owner us quite hands on and was in the dining room frequently to make sure things were running well, though not in an intrusive manner.
I didn't give it a 5 as it wasn't spectacular, but a very nice meal.
