“Was always exceptional but change is in the wind in a negative way.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 23, 2013 via mobile

We were afraid of what is happening. They are expanding quickly with 3 restaurants around the area. The community feeling is leaving quickly as the staff for the most part is new, they are not nearly as friendly and becoming a bit robotic. The food is often exceptional. Chef is delightful in his renditions. As they seem to position themselves for rapid growth if not franchises, they will become another pretend-local chain with little warmth and rigid service. Leesburg is low on great local restaurants. We were so happy when Wine kitchen came to town, a real step up in eclectic offerings in the area. Most frequent diners in the historic area are true locals and many are departing this once exceptional place that will appeal primarily to more infrequent and less loyal customers. A really bad move to disown those patrons who helped you make it.

“FOOLED TWICE!”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed January 17, 2013

Came in for happy hour—not one good California Merlot or Cab or Zin. Every wine we tasted was disappointing—one was bad—had to be sent back.
Happy hour tacos- very poor presentation and $12…Come on! Wound up spending $100 for happy hour –ridiculous.

“Hands down the best organic food in town”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 16, 2013 via mobile

All of the food is fresh and mostly organic. They do flights of wine and pairings with your food, which is such a treat. The atmosphere is small which would be my only complaint so make sure to go at an odd hour. The staff is very friendly. I haven't tried one thing on the menu that I haven't liked and then menu changes almost daily! Love this place

“We go all the time.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 16, 2013

This is a great place for downtown Leesburg. I love everything about this place except 2 things 1. its popular so sometimes there is a long wait with nowhere to go 2. There is an older man who works/owns the place and manages to irritate me and my husband everytime we see him but that being said once we get seated and Suzy takes care of us its all good!
