“We with we had stayed longer”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 11, 2008

We spent our final night in Leesburg before flying back to the UK and my wife and I agreed that we should have spent another night here.
We arrived nearly three hours before the normal check-in but were welcomed in by the owner, Roger and given some useful local advice (places to visit, restaurants (Tuscarora Mill - well worth a visit), maps etc). As we were the only guests that evening we were upgraded to the Norris suite - very comfortable and spacious.
The public areas in this B&B are very welcoming - sitting room with TV and games room.
Breakfast in the morning was excellent - fresh fruit, juice, coffee, toast and an unusual but very tasty serving of fresh grilled bread with cheese and virgina ham in the centre. We were encouraged to pour on some maple syrup - the combination worked for both of us (my description does not do it justice I'm afraid).
If you are in the Loudoun County area, I would encourage a visit to Leesburg, it’s a nice small town with decent amenities and the icing on the cake is this excellent B&B.

“Immaculate & friendly”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 29, 2008

We stayed one night in this lovely B&B while on a bicycle tour on the C & O canal. Our room was beautiful, as is the breakfast room and common areas. With advanced notice, the owners picked us (and our bicycles) up at White's Ferry to take us to the B&B. Located in the old section of Leesburg, we enjoyed walking around town. Fabulous breakfast.

“Wonderful Experince”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 9, 2008

If you are planning to visit The Norris House, please do so! You will not be able to find better accommodations. Roger and Carol have a beautiful B&B. The service was superb! Carol's food is to die for! We were traveling the C&O Towpath by bicycle and stayed at Norris House. When we were ready to continue our trip the next morning, we found that the towpath was impassable. Roger got us directions for an alternate route, loaded our bikes, and took us to the entrance of the trail, free of charge! What a wonderful experience to have such warm, caring individuals to aid us on our trip. Thanks so much to both of them.

“Wonderful!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 14, 2008

We stayed at the Inn only for one night in route to a family gathering and I wish I could have stayed a week. The innkeepers were lovely hosts and made you feel very welcome. They present you with a key when you arrive so you can come and go as you want. Breakfast the next morning was wonderful and until we saw the other guests at breakfast, we thought we were the only ones in the Inn. This Inn comes highly recommended!

“We adore the Norris House Inn and the Innkeepers!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 22, 2008

By far the best B & B I have visited! I stayed at the Norris House Inn while attending a conference in nearby Lansdowne and simply loved everything about it! The house is so cozy and inviting, and the innkeepers are warm and pleasant people. Breakfast was always an anticipated treat every morning. We looked forward to finding out what delicious breakfast would be served, and couldn't wait to have our tea by the fireplace in the evenings. I would like to visit the Norris House in the warmer months as well as in the wintertime since each season caresses this little town beautifully. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in Leesburg on business, a weekend away to relax, or to visit with a significant other.
