“Awesome!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 10, 2012

Good stuff. My wife and I went for our one-year anniversary and the stay was awesome. Roger and Carol are awesome, wonderful hosts. Rooms are very comfortable and spacious, breakfast was delicious and filling and the location is prime for any of the good restaurants and shops in Leesburg. Easy drive to the wineries around Leesburg as well.

“Wonderful from start to finish.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 10, 2012

What a fabulous place to stay in a great location. Roger and Carol are outstanding hosts and their attention to detail and exceptional standards are evident throughout this lovely house. I spent 4 nights staying at The Norris House Inn during early May with my husband who was in the US on business and my sister. My husband and I stayed in the Norris room which was beautiful with a very comfortable four poster bed and a full en suite bathroom with whirlpool bath. My sister stayed in an equally comfortable room at the top of the house which she loved. Roger gave us a key to the front door and we could come and go as we pleased, a real home from home and we relaxed immediately. Carol's breakfast menu and cooking, just amazing. Fresh fruit with Ginger drizzle, home made entree with special recipe eggs Norris our favourite. The Inn is located close to many of Leesburg's best restaurants, many Zagat rated. We would recommend Lightfoot, Palios Italian and Tuscarora Mill. Overall a fab stay, we will be back!

“Delightful hosts, delightful stay”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 5, 2012

My husband and I discovered the Norris House Inn for a quick getaway from Cleveland, OH. We are not frequent Bed & Breakfast travelers, but we could not have felt more comfortable and more pleased with our visit to the Norris House. Roger and Carol are extremely gracious hosts. Roger met us at the front door as soon as we pulled up and greeted us by name. He gave us a tour of the home, pointing out interesting facets of its history and historical tidbits of the area. We even took a trip to the Manassas battlefield, on Roger's recommendation, and found it fascinating. The Inn was quaint, impeccably clean, and full of guest conveniences. We stayed on a Monday and Tuesday night, so we basically had the place to ourselves. Roger and Carol don't live on the premises, so we were given a key to let ourselves in and out of the Inn as we pleased. Breakfast was wonderful each day. Roger gave us great restaurant recommendations of places within walking distance of the Inn. We stayed in the Norris Room, which was very cozy and felt like we went back in time. Overall, we loved it. We look forward to visiting again!!!

“Gracious inn with gracious hosts”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 5, 2012

Delightful historic house, conveniently located for touring the area. British Host Roger Healey knows how to make you feel welcome and was a great help with touring suggestions, driving directions, and restaurant recommendations. You can conveniently walk to several good restaurants.
Hot breakfasts are excellent and different each day, and there is always a serving of fresh fruit. There are several comfortable sitting rooms on the first floor. Bedrooms are attractive, well appointed, and very clean.

“Exquisite from Hello to Good Bye”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 18, 2012

We were greeted as though we were long lost friends; and the 2+ days we spent there were as though we were a part of their larger family. Comfortable, quiet, immaculate and the breakfast meals were truly amazing. (The fresh fruit w/ the honey-ginger glaze had me "almost" licking the plate! My wife stopped me ...) We asked for dinner recommendations and in minutes we understood the variety and had down-selected to a handful. They were spot-on accurate--however, the BEST place was simply across the street from the Inn (The Eiffel Tower). Parisian fare and flair, we spent hours there and had the best meal in "many a moon." We can't wait to return. Thank You!

Room Tip: As long as you don't ask for this room before we get there: "if" I had to be forced i...
