This hotel is a beautiful spot and very comfortable and relaxing. Got a great night sleep and the staff was very accommodating. The food prices at all property restaurants is a bit steep but the food quality is good (organic!). Was disappointing as I left some items in the room upon check out and when I called to retrieve them they indicated nothing had been turned in. Too bad....ruined a great stay!.

Now, I've been to many different conferences, with a number of companies and stayed at a number of locations.

This is the absolute worse when it comes to service..... It's as if they were not prepared for this size group and our group was only about 500 people.

Not as you approach the resort it looks outstanding, as you walk through the halls for the most part everything is clean and tidy. But that's it. We got here at around 11 o'clock for early check and some of our party did get their room. So, some or our rooms were not ready. So they do a pre-check. No problem, but why is it that a 5pm it still takes us 45mins to check.

Get to the room and the toilet runs, half of the lights were not working. Again from An appearance standpoint you walk in nice-looking rooms looks good. That's it!!

Now, we get to dinner. Let me just say they run out of food!! Again you would think they did not know we were coming. So they rush food out and most of it is luke warm at best.

Now I'm writing this review in the morning because all of our itinerary tells us that breakfast starts at 6 AM. We get to the restaurant they tell us they don't open until 6:30am

A Hot Mess!!!!!

We spent the last 2 NYEs here after finding the package online and wanting a getaway/overnight stay/entertainment/breakfast before the start of our New Year. The property is Awesome, beautiful, and very nicely landscaped. The rooms are really nice and appeared very clean with upgraded amenities everywhere. The 80's band (Reflex) on the other hand was just ok last year and even to the point of 'blah' this year. They didn't seem to connect with the crowd at all this year while last year, it was ok but still needed work. They seemed to just be getting through the gig and ended 10 minutes early. That's huge on NYE. We also had to pay $5 additional per drink after spending a large sum on the event. People were even stealing the table decorations early in the evening...we couldn't understand it as it appeared to be a middle age to older crowd. You will also be forced to sit at a large round table with at least 2 other couples you don't know unless you go with a group.

We love the resort, venue, and theme, but felt it wasn't worth the raised price from last year and certainly won't go for three. Overall, nice resort as I said above!

My wife and I had a night away from the kids and this was a great place to relax and rest. The staff was very warm and inviting and the hotel was nicely decorated. This is someplace we will go again to in the future probably in the summer to enjoy the pool area with the kids.
