This hotel offers a good location, comfortable rooms, but the staff is just great! Everyone at the desk is courteous, friendly, helpful, and so on. Several hours after my check in, a guest service representative called my room to insure that everything was okay, and best wishes for a restful evening. How many properties do that any more? Always my first choice of hotels in the Washington Dulles Airport area.

I want to take a moment to compliment Rajni and Leslie for doing SO much to make our stay pleasant. We felt you two went above and beyond to answer our questions and help us out. You were our first night on a vacation that took us to Budapest and Vienna, but one of our best stays was that first night at the Crowne Plaza. We were really pleased to park our car for over a week for $40. Chances are very good that if we need to catch a night before a flight out of Dulles that we will be spending it with you.

Edio and Mark were great. Very helpful and accommodating. Thank them for me. They made my stay very nice. Please keep good employees like them on staff there are places around the property foe eating which is always a great thing.

My husband and I chose this hotel for the cost effective long term parking. The room rate included 14 days covered parking with additional weekly parking for $40.00 per week. This was a lot cheaper than 30 days uncovered parking at the airport.

We found our over night stay to be most comfortable. The hotel was very clean and well staffed. They offer free airport shuttle that was quick and pleasant (even at the crack of dawn!). We will stay with them in the future when flying out of DC, be it for a weekend or another month long trip.

It was very nice to get a good nights rest in a clean,quiet and well appointed airport located hotel. The only addition I would add to this lovely hotel would be something in a quick breakfast you could grab on the way to the airport shuttle. But this will not keep me from staying here in the future.
