We had unfortunately missed our connecting flight and so had been put up here until our next flight. There was a minibus that picked us up that ran about every thirty minutes to and from the airport. Check in was smooth and quick for us.
To be honest we just wanted to settle in to the room rather than use all the facilities. Our room was large, nice decor although the carpet a little dated, along with the ceiling, and the blinds up close were a little scruffy. But I think we always have a lower standard of airport hotels. The beds were large singles, very comfy. The bathroom and dressing area is spacious, nice working shower although being short I would rather have an adjustable shower height! Being a Hilton, I think I always imagine more focus on little details such as cotton buds etc, but I didn't note any things. There was a little coffee maker. It only had two paper cups so we had to rinse them out. The main fault for me nowadays is the lack of free wifi. Being stuck here and our only method of contact was via wifi, we had to pay $9.95 for 24hrs. All the other hotels I had stayed at all had it included, including a very cheap hotel. I'd expect more from a Hilton.
I suppose as we just had it given to us we couldn't be picky about anything, and was actually one of the nicer set up hotels while we were in America, just not a location we would usual pick for a "holiday" venue.
