“Sunset Cruise”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed August 3, 2014

The weather was not cooperating and we were delayed. The cruise was a bit rushed. The food was excellent and the staff knowledge was great. The woman that was loud and obnoxious and eventually as the night progressed became drunk. This is usually a great cruise. I would recommend this cruise.

“A wonderful view of the area”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 31, 2014 via mobile

Took the Miss Hampton with kids and grandparents. It is a terrifically informative tour of the naval base, historic landmarks, and the importance of the Hampton Roads area in American history. The boat is comfortable, the bathrooms clean, grill makes a great burger and the tour itself is a good value. Highly recommend this tour. The highlights were the tour through the naval base and the dolphin sighting.

Tips
1. Bring sunscreen and sun hat.
2. Sit upstairs if you want to hear the tour guide. It is much noisier downstairs.
3. Lunch can be purchased on the boat; everything is made to order so prepare to be patient.
4. Tour stops at fort wool to walk around for about 30 minutes which is a great chance to let kids run around.

“Learned a ton about Hampton Roads from a tour on Miss Hampton II.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 24, 2014

We recently visited Hampton with friends while cruising on our boats. Our cruise leader suggested we take a tour on Miss Hampton II to enjoy a day on the water without running our own boats. It turned out to be the highlight of our stay in Hampton!

Guide Jim, a retired Air Force fellow really knew his information about all things Hampton Roads. We have motored by the Navel Base many times and we learn a ton about the ships in port and things going on in the harbor. The informative tour of Fort Wool added to the enjoyment of our time on Miss Hampton II. The fresh sandwich on board was as good if not better than most deli's in the area. A tour of the harbor on Miss Hampton should be a must see item if visiting the City of Hampton, VA. Bill B.

“Terrific”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 23, 2014

We were visiting the area and after reading the information and reviews, we decided to take a tour on the Miss Hampton II. It was wonderful! The narration was terrific. So much information! The boat was comfortable and the crew was very friendly. Saw numerous ships in port at Norfolk. I would do this again! Well worth the money!

“Excellent cruise!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 22, 2014

My husband surprised me with this cruise, and I really knew nothing about it until we were there. A perfect day, the bay was a little choppy but the captain steered us through without a problem. Our narrator was very informative and shared so much knowledge with us. Our stop at Ft. Wool was awesome! It's a wonderful tour, very rich in information and filled with information. What a great gift!
