“Sensational bed and breakfast Inn”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 21, 2013

My teenage son traveled the 45 mile length of the Washington and Old Dominion bike path and arrived at the lovely Zion Springs Inn for an overnight stay. We were greeted with warm hospitality and an amazing suite in this bed and breakfast gem. The decor, exceptional amenities, and personal attention all were simply wonderful.

“Amazing venue for a wedding!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 16, 2012

We reserved this B&B for our daughters wedding - and it was PERFECT! We had the place for the entire weekend - Friday - Sunday, which allowed us to hold the rehearsal/ dinner onsite/ with a follow-up bonfire for the young adults. The grooms family from out of town were able to stay on site. Then the day of the wedding we were able to decorate any way we wanted to, with tons of assistance from the very friendly owners, Chris and Jon..they participated in the entire event, helping set up chairs/ tables/ schlepping stuff, assisting with the reception, etc, etc....They truly made sure we enjoyed our big day! The rooms were lovely, clean and comfortable. The gourmet breakfasts were to die for...and the scenery and landscaping breathtakingly beautiful. Absolutely perfect !

Room Tip: 2 rooms on ground level, 2 rooms up a flight of stairs.

“Excellent stay and gourmet breakfast”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 10, 2012

We have stayed in five B&Bs in this area and Zion Springs has been one of our top two. The breakfasts were phenomenal - - gourmet-quality food prepared using home-grown herbs, plus the variety of exquisite dishes served. Chris and Jon were extremely welcoming and gracious. The Lincoln suite was so comfortable, well-appointed, very clean, and afforded gorgeous views of the rear gardens and fields. We particularly enjoyed the later noon check-out time as it gave us a very relaxed last morning in our room. Another particular pleasure was being able to bike right out of the property. The proximity of many wineries and charming towns and villages (e.g., Waterford) made for interesting ways to spend a few days in western Loudoun County. Although this is a family home, the guest rooms are separated from the main house by an enclosed breezeway, and accommodations are made by the hosts to ensure guests' privacy.

Room Tip: The B&B has two suites upstairs and two downstairs in a dedicated B&B wing of the property...
