I sincerely hope that my travels don't bring me back to this area. I owe my comfortable, clean room to Tatem Davis. Honestly, if it weren't for her, I would have definitely checked out. She rescued the service and made me feel welcome even as I was in my rage. I could not believe how I was being treated. This is not a substandard hotel!, but alas, I was unfortunately received very poorly.
Unlike most Hampton Inns I stay at, their standard rooms here do not come with a refrigerator and microwave. Their rooms however and the hotel in general is very clean and well maintained.

It is only through honest evaluation that we are given the opportunity to improve any item that is not in keeping with our guest's expectations. We unfortunately do not have microwaves and/or refrigerators in all our rooms and I am sorry that you did not know of this prior to your arrival. I am delighted that Tatem was able to accommodate your needs by upgrading you to a studio room which did have the conveniences that you desired. I sincerely apologize that any of my employees failed to provide you with courteous service that is the Hampton Inn standard. I personally will use this as a teaching tool to insure that it does not happen in the future. Thank you again for allowing me the opportunity to improve the service of this hotel.
