Overall this is a very nice property. The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. The dining at the restaurant was excellent. However; when we booked, we told the staff that one of us was an amputee. Upon arrival, we find there are many stairs between the handicapped parking and the front lobby. All three buildings have stairs at the front entrances. In order to navigate and avoid the stairs you need to enter the back of one building and take the very long and time-consuming underground passageway to get from point (A) to point (B). In the bath, the shower head was extremely high and the "throne" was extremely low. If your entire party is physically able, this is a great place and you won't be disappointed. If you have a physical handicap, this will be one of the most challenging places you will ever visit.

Thank you for choosing our property and let me apologize for not providing you with information that would have made your stay at our hotel almost effortless. We are, in fact, fully accessible. For instance the main registration building has a ramp next to the stairs and there are multiple entrances in all buildings that help you avoid any impedements. We should have done a better job in providing you with this information. The only issue I can't change is our resort like design. Because there are multiple buildings, some effort is required to go from location to location. However, if you come back in the spring, summer or fall you can enjoy the beautiful gardens and courtyards as you traverse the property. Seasons greeting and safe travels.
