The front desk person was really nice. Our room was right in front of the elevators, wont do that again. Very noisy when trying to sleep in the morning.

Excellent location and a good value if you are exploring SNP. Just around the corner from the north gate it was a breeze getting into the park.
Room was clean and comfortable, but the continental breakfast was on the bottom side of average. Not bad, just not quite what other hotel chains are offering.
