You order your sandwich AND THEN they start making it. This is not McDonalds. This is not fast food. This is a real-honest-to-god European bakery. If you ever find yourself in, let's say France, try to get off-tour and go to a real bistro and order a sandwich - you will not be served said sandwich immediately - you will have to wait. If you want a sandwich on baguette which was baked the same day (I understand that baking starts at 3 am or so) you will love this place. The bread sell out quickly so grab a loaf when you walk in.
