Felt like having a few pints on Friday and first went to Dogfish Head nearby, but you couldn't even get a spot standing near the bar. Then I remembered seeing Public House 7 a few blocks down the road. Obviously, these two are different kind of restaurants, but I was well impressed by Pub №7. First of all, great food. I hax chili cheese fries and Chicken & Mushroom Vol Au Vent (which was awesome).
As far as the beers go, I was satisfied with the selection, but it wasn't spectacular. I mainly stuck with Guinness and occasional Boddington, everything else was unimpressive.
It was all going well until live music started. The singer guy was downright horrible and that cleared the place really fast. They need to screen their performers more carefully. Othewise, a great place and I'll be back.
