By and large RHB is an average place, which is not really a bad thing. It shows a consistency in the various locations and I know what I am getting when I go to a RHB. This location has held on for a pretty long time now and I have been there a few times over the years. This latest visit showed the food was really just ok, I can't say it was bad, but it certainly wasn't "Very Good". The ribs I got with my ribwich combo were overdone and overcoated with dry rub. There is usually not so much on there that I am scraping it off to get down to the meat. The pulled pork was fine and little better after saucing it up. The beans were really goopy, more than usual. The tea is always very good, I give a 5 star sweet tea rating.
RHB is not a bad place to go and if you are close by and have a hankering for some BBQ, you should stop in and see for yourself.
