“Nice Little Italian Gem”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 8, 2013

My family and I have eaten here twice and we are really delighted to have found this little gem close to home. Everything we have eaten here is delicious. The entrees are served with warm bread and a house salad and average between $15-$18 per entree. It's a great place for families, couples, and large groups. We have only visited during dinner hours and we found the atmosphere very cozy and relaxing. Some of the big name competitors around this area are so loud and packed during dinner hours that it is refreshing to find this quieter setting. The staff are very friendly and they don't bother you excessively like other restaurants. We highly recommend this place ( or maybe we should not recommend it to keep it our little secret)! The only thing that could have made it a higher rating was a scenic view, but sadly there is no view here since it's in a strip mall.

“Great Food and Atmosphere”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 23, 2013 credit card Amex Card Member Review

Looking for a place that has great Italian Food and is not a high decible place, this is it. Set up like the neighborhood Italian Restaurant with nice booths and some tables. Separate bar. Food is excellent, particularly for Virginia. Penne Sunrise is really good as are the fish combinations.

“A lovely little Italian restaurant with great food!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 14, 2013 via mobile

This is a quiet little gem of a restaurant tucked in a strip mall. The food is "molto delicioso"! I had the baked eggplant dish: since it was not frozen, breaded and fried, you could actually taste the eggplant and feel its smooth texture. The fresh mozzarella, ripe red tomatoes, and fresh basil made the caprese a real treat. And that balsamic vinegar, with a touch of sweetness, is made for a mix with olive oil and their crusty warm Italian bread. We had a frozen limoncello parfait for dessert that really made my birthday dinner a winner. The waitress was very helpful and unobtrusive- we taled quietly for a three hour lunch. We will be back!

“Great food”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 15, 2013

Strange location, in a strip mall, but great atmosphere and wonderful food. The restaurant easily accommodated us as a large party of 12 and service wasn't lacking. The Chicken Marsala was fantastic!

“Just okay!!”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed May 7, 2013

This establishment was chosen by a co-worker for dinner with two current and two former co-workers. Their past experience was great, however we all felt the food was just average for this dining experience. One co-worker who had frequented before commented that he has had better frozen Italian. The lightening was very low almost dark. There wasn't many customers as well. We all tried a different entree and had wine as well. We all shared our entrees to sample. The food was just okay as I titled. The bread was very good and service was good. My co-workers wondered if there was a new owner or chef due to the fact that the food wasn't up to par. Well I think I will give them another try before I just go to Olive Garden.
