“It's the service stupid!”

When you arrive for the night at a mid-priced hotel, road weary and anxious to flop on the bed, call delivery and pass out watching Chopped!, all you need is a little civility; a clean room, friendly staff and something that goes beyond "friendliness". Let's call that attentiveness or even babying. We showed up after driving from Alabama. The room looked great, but unfortunately the standard poodle found the trash can still with garbage in it. I picked up the phone, called the desk and explained the situation. Within 2 minutes, the desk clerk retrieved the can with apologies. Two minutes later, he was back with the can. He ran off and came back two minutes after that with four cokes and popcorn. Now that's what I am talking about! It would have been nice to have started with the clean trash can, but mistakes always happen. How many hotels do you go to that would take care of customers like that? Trust me, I travel a lot. Go to this place. You other hotels, pay attention.

It's a shame I didn't find this hotel two years ago when my daughter was a freshman, but better late than never. I echo the other reviewers sentiments about staff friendliness, hotel cleanliness, breakfast quality and hotel comfort. However, we had a dog on this trip and, after this visit, this hotel will be added to our dog's Christmas card list. They reserve rooms on the first and second floors for pets so they are close to a large, lit and clean dog area with poop bags and disposal locations. On top of that they keep dog biscuits at the front desk and asked us to bring our dog up to meet them as "they just love dogs!"

In the past month I've stayed at the Chicago Renaissance, the Marriott Amsterdam and Disney's Swan Hotel - this Hampton Inn has them all beat hands down.

Room Tip: Room 101 is closest to the back door.

I've stayed at this Hampton Inn on two separate trips , one in december and one in january. The staff is extremely friendly, the rooms are very clean and comfortable and the entire hotel is in great shape. They have one of the best breakfast offerings (and it's included with your room) that I've had in a while. The hotel is in a nice area too and there are plenty of places to eat (Outback 500 feet away) and shops nearby. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to anyone.
Pet are allowed.

I've stayed at this Hampton Inn on two separate trips for business and I must say, this is probably one of the nicest Hampton Inn hotels I've stayed in. The staff is extremely friendly, the rooms are very clean and comfortable and the entire hotel is in great shape. They have one of the best breakfast offerings (and it's included with your room) that I've had in a while. The hotel is in a nice area too and there are plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

This hotel is very clean, light, spacious and friendly. Really, what more could you ask for? Mini-fridge and microwave, good size desk/table, comfortable beds and best of all, the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. They truly go out of the way to anticipate things that might make you feel a bit more welcome and make your time away from home easier.

Great Hotel seems to be newly renovated and very nice too. Newspaper delivered to you door, lots of nice cushy towels, very clean. Great staff. Easy free parking. Next door to many restaurants..fastfood. Hotel was very very clean great tv with channel selections printed out for you. They let us park for 30mins at front door as we had a dog and all that comes with traveling with it.

Great breakfast for all tastes. Mine is just yogurt and tea. But have sausage, eggs, muffins, fruit, bagels, fresh oatmeal with raisins, nuts and the list goes on. Also picked up a to-go breakfast which included bottle of water, mini muffin, breakfast bar and apple.

Hotel has a nice gym with lots of windows.

Lots of shopping right next door.
