“Don't miss Saigon Village!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 26, 2009

Great food, great service, great prices for a resort eatery. Don't miss this stop when you are at Chincoteague. We had dinner there, and will go back for lunch today. Even out ten year old loved the food.

“Best meal we had during 4 days on the island”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 12, 2009

After trying a variety of other recommended restaurants, we went to Saigon Inn our last night there. Wish we'd have gone there first. While I'm sure it's not the finest Vietnamese food available, it was great for us and hit the spot. No liquor license, so bring your own.

“Best Dinner on the island”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 9, 2009

Again Saigon Village is at the top of our list. It would be wonderful if they could spruce up a bit and build a restroom but despite the basic facility the food is terrific and it is far better than the other dining options. Feel free to BYO wine, there is a shop nearby. Oh and be sure to order their iced Vietnamese coffee - it is fantastic.

We ordered a variety of dishes including noodle soup, spring rolls, summer rolls, drunken noodles and rice stick with grilled pork. Everything was quite nice. I would have like a few more fresh herbs but still we love this place!

“Interesting”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 23, 2009

We've never had vietnamese before and were anxious to try it. The appetizers were fantastic. We had the pork spring rolls, tofu rice paper roll, and crispy fried wontons. Since they had a party of 25 enter, we ordered take out, so I wasn't sure if we could get the noodles soups to go and opted for a dish instead. My husband had the spicy Thai chicken, which was good. I had the Vietamese crispy egg noodles with tofu. It was a bit bland, but lots of fresh veggies.

We were very intrigued by it and will definately give it another try the next time we're in Chincoteague.
